Job Summary
Conduct barbering and styling services for guests, delivering hot towel shaves and tailored looks while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Manage daily operations during evening and weekend shifts in a fast-paced environment, adapting to fluctuating client demand and shift work requirements. Earn tiered performance-based pay including retail and service commissions, with access to ongoing training from national educators and industry leaders. Full-time and part-time roles offer RRSP contributions, vacation pay, and flexible scheduling for skilled Journeymen or Apprentices.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Are you a trained Journeyman-certified Barber or Hair Stylist, or in the process of completing your Apprenticeship
