Demonstrate high-quality technical skills including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs. Build lasting relationships with loyal customers while maintaining grooming stations and sterilizing tools. Maximize retail opportunities through effective chair education and optimize barber performance to achieve shop goals. Deliver the Tommy Gun's guest experience by mastering excellent written and verbal communication skills and managing service queues.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrates a high level across all haircut styles, fades and on trend styling as well as all shave services
- An extensive knowledge in upselling techniques/retail offering
- Ability to develop close working relationships with the National Education Team and Barbers
- Understanding of all industry trends
- Confident in one on one training
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Master excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
- Bring familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory
