Job Summary
Provide individualized hair services including cutting, styling, and grooming facial hair to exceed guest expectations, while educating clients on LifeSpa and Salon products to assist with style maintenance. Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens by staying current on industry trends and techniques. Maintain work stations to salon standards and promote all LifeSpa and Salon products and treatments. Requires a valid Barber license, high school diploma, and 1 to 3 years of professional barbering experience. Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a barber
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
- Barber license in state where work is performed

- Experience as a barber in a professional setting
- Knowledge in Salon Biz software
