Job Summary
Provide individualized hair services including cutting, styling, and grooming facial hair to meet client expectations, while educating guests on LifeSpa and Salon products to assist in maintaining their style. Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens, ensuring work stations remain to salon standards and promoting all available treatments. Maintain current certifications and industry trends, calculating figures for discounts and commissions. Requires a valid Barber license, high school education, and 1 to 3 years of experience. Full-time team members receive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, plus paid time off and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a barber
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
- Barber license in state where work is performed
