Job Summary
Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and straight razor services in a fast-paced, high-energy barbershop. Conduct client consultations, ensure an outstanding guest experience from check-in to checkout, build a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, organized workstation while contributing to a positive team culture. Position requires evenings and weekends, and compensation includes hourly pay with tips and productivity bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Active Barber or Cosmetology License in Texas
- Experience with men’s haircuts, fades, clipper work, shear cutting, and beard grooming
