Job Summary
Deliver exceptional haircuts, skin fades, beard trims, and grooming services while building relationships that keep clients returning. Maintain a clean, organized workstation fully compliant with Texas Barber Board regulations and sanitation standards. Learn and grow your technical skills alongside a talented team in a high-energy culture focused on craft and community. Schedule includes closing shifts and at least one weekend shift. Full-time and part-time roles available with weekly pay, uncapped commissions, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. Located in South Austin at Floyd's 99 Barbershop.
Required Qualifications
- Current Texas Barber License
- Strong technical barbering skills
- Great customer service and communication
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Open to coaching and continued growth
- Available for closing shifts and at least one weekend shift
