Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by Servers and Managers. Expedite food from the kitchen to guest tables in a timely and orderly fashion, while refilling drinks during meal service and removing plates upon completion. Clean, set, and re-set tables continuously, maintaining proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment. This role requires a great attitude, teamwork, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
