Barback - The Owl

Barback responsible for preparing the bar for service, keeping the bar stocked and clean, changing blown kegs, replenishing ice, alcohol, juices and glassware, bussing tables, and supporting a high-volume bar operation. Must have strong communication, be a reliable teammate, and embrace a hospitality mindset to create a great guest experience. Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant is preferred.
