Barback

Bar Back assists bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and bar supplies; keeps the bar stocked, organized, and clean; changes kegs, replenishes ice, and maintains glassware; preps juices, syrups, and mixers; helps set up and break down the bar; supports bartenders by retrieving specialty items and handling guest requests; maintains knowledge of cocktail ingredients and bar procedures; ensures sanitation and cleanliness behind the bar; participates in inventory control and waste reduction; must be able to lift 50 lbs., carry kegs, and stand for long periods; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; prior bar back or hospitality experience preferred, but training provided; opportunity for growth within a global brand.
