Barback

Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and bar supplies while keeping the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service. Change kegs, replenish ice, maintain proper glassware levels, and ensure all juices, syrups, and mixers are prepped and ready for service. Assist bartenders with setting up and breaking down the bar, retrieving specialty items, handling guest requests, and cleaning polished equipment to uphold presentation standards. Follow health and safety regulations, manage inventory control, and waste reduction to maximize efficiency. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., carry kegs, and stand for long periods with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous bar back or hospitality experience preferred.
