Job Summary
Assist bartenders with daily service, maintain overall bar cleanliness, and prepare batches of cocktail ingredients. Wash and organize glassware while retrieving and keeping adequate levels of bar stock. Clean as part of opening and closing duties. Most shifts run between 9pm and 3am. This role is part of Swig Bar, San Francisco's premier live entertainment venue and lounge near Union Square, serving a mix of locals and hotel guests.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow directions
- Basic math skills or an ability to use a calculator and understand proportions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler's Certification and RBS training required
- 21+ years of age or older
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
