Job Summary
Barback duties include providing prompt, friendly service at beverage stations, obtaining supplies and equipment (fruit, glasses, silverware, ice, etc.), preparing fruit and filling ice bins, cleaning ashtrays, washing glasses for bartenders, and assisting with bar operations. The role involves pushing/pulling heavy four-wheel carts, loading and delivering bar supplies (CO2 canisters, liquor, wine, beer, ice, glassware), and maintaining a clean, stocked bar area. Requires effective English communication, professional appearance, adherence to Saracen Casino Resort policies, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and attendance are required; the position may require background screening and a gaming license. Physical demands include extensive walking, lifting up to 75 lbs, standing for long periods, and tolerating casino environment conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalency required.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
