Job Summary
Transport bulk supplies to and from bars, unload deliveries, and stock beer, soda, bag 'n box, and glassware at venues. Clean floors, drains, and mats; maintain bar cleanliness and orderliness. Prepare mixes and garnishes, assist the bartender with drink preparation, and provide change as required. Report to the supervisor on duty for daily assignments and ensure correct elevator and delivery route usage. Knowledge of inventory procedures and ability to handle money are required.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of inventory procedures and stocking
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships team members
- Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to handle money and make correct change
- Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, Policies and procedures
