Barback

Maintain a positive attitude while adhering to casino policies and guest service standards. Clean and organize the bar area, replenish supplies, stock refrigeration units, and replace empty beer kegs. Wash glasses, polish fixtures, mop floors, remove trash, and empty bottles. Assist bartenders with drink mixing and serving, fill beverage orders, manage the liquor tree, and replace BIBs. Provide representation in department meetings and assist F&B outlets as needed. Perform all other duties assigned. This uniformed position requires standing for eight-hour shifts in noisy, smoky environments with frequent encounters with intoxicated guests. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and possess excellent guest service skills.
