Job Summary
Assists bartenders and cocktail servers by stocking and restocking bar inventories and supplies while maintaining organization. Provides exceptional service to bar guests and supports team operations. Responsibilities include cleaning bar areas, preparing garnishes, managing trash, participating in training, and maintaining pantry standards. Candidates should have strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs. Previous experience in a high-volume setting is required for efficiency in bar operations.
Required Qualifications
- Min 1-year previous barback experience or equivalent related Tao Group Hospitality experience
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
