Job Summary
Stock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes throughout each event. Assist with bar setup and breakdown, including preparing the area before service, replenishing supplies, and cleaning at shift's end. Support bartenders by fetching ingredients, replacing kegs, and disposing of empty bottles. Collect and wash glassware, clear cups, and remove trash and recycling. Safely change beer kegs and maintain draft line cleanliness. Occasionally assist guests with basic requests like retrieving napkins. Follow all venue policies, health codes, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Obtain and maintain a valid alcohol compliance certification before working scheduled events. Work nights, weekends, and holidays. Hourly wage of $8.00 with tips; eligible for 401(k) matching.
