Job Summary
Restock bar products including alcoholic beverages, icing wells, and keg supplies while ensuring all alcohol dispensing policies are followed. Sweep and mop the bar, move kegs in and out of coolers, and tap new kegs. Run supplies for bartenders such as fruit, napkins, cups, and utensils. Ensure location equipment is operable and clean prior to event start. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas by mopping floors, cleaning floor mats, emptying trash cans, and keeping closet areas clear. Recognize visibly intoxicated guests and alert bartenders immediately. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas. Work part-time hours at a rate of $15.00 with 401(k) matching benefits. Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment
- Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to product inventory
- Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance
