Job Summary
Assist bartenders with setting up and breaking down the bar area, stock and replenish bar inventory including liquor, mixers, garnishes and ice, prepare garnishes (citrus wedges, olives, herbs), and provide support during service by fetching items, clearing glasses, and attending to guest requests to help ensure smooth bar operations. Walk-in interviews are conducted in San Diego, CA at Zuma San Diego with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $17.75 per hour plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as Host or a similar role in a luxury high-volume restaurant
