Job Summary
The role of a barback involves supporting bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized. Responsibilities include restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, refilling ice bins, maintaining clean glassware, cleaning and organizing bar areas, assisting with bar setup and breakdown, and supporting bartenders during busy periods. Applicants should possess a genuine approach to hospitality, demonstrate leadership, kindness, and positivity, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively with the team.
