Job Summary
Barbacks & Service Bartenders at a new restaurant opening are responsible for polishing glassware, maintaining the bar, and assisting with drinks. Candidates must possess a passion for whiskey, wine, and beer, craft cocktails, and have strong attention to detail. A minimum of one year of experience in a restaurant and bar setting is required, along with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Applicants must also maintain necessary certifications and have good English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year restaurant and bar experience
- Must be able to read, write, & speak English
- Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of whiskey, wine, and beer
- Experience in crafting cocktails
- Showmanship and efficiency skills
