Barback - Midland

The Barback position involves performing basic prep work behind the bar, such as refilling ice bins, restocking beer/liquor, and cutting garnishes. Responsibilities include changing empty kegs, maintaining a clean environment, organizing bar materials, and providing courteous customer service. Candidates must have food service experience and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to lift heavy items, work effectively across various tasks, and withstand temperature changes. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
