Job Summary
Stock bars with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and supplies throughout each shift while assisting bartenders by preparing juices and other beverage ingredients. Change beer kegs, restock coolers, remove empty bottles and used glassware, and wash, polish, and organize all bar equipment to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. Monitor stock levels, communicate replenishment needs to leadership, and respond quickly to bartender requests to ensure efficient guest service. Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards while working closely with bartenders, servers, and managers to support seamless operations at resort locations including Lah De Dah, License to Chill, 5 O'Clock Somewhere, and JWB Grill.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, including cases, kegs, and ice bins
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout an entire shift
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, bar, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
