Job Summary
The Barback assists Bartenders in maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar by carrying inventory items, stocking supplies, and cleaning the bar area. Candidates must possess customer service experience, basic food safety knowledge, and the ability to perform tasks such as changing kegs and replenishing fruit. A fundamental understanding of Food & Beverage is essential, along with the capability to assist in drink preparation when required.
