Barback

Barback responsible for stocking and maintaining bar supplies, assisting bartenders with replenishment, and ensuring bar cleanliness and organization. Duties include stocking liquor, beer, wine, juices, glassware, garnishes, condiments, and inventory documentation; maintaining par levels; stocking refrigerating units; monitoring cooler temperatures; managing ice supply; trash removal and bar area cleaning; assisting with end-of-shift breakdown.
