Job Summary
Assist bartenders with daily service, maintain bar cleanliness, prepare batches and cocktail ingredients, wash and organize glassware, retrieve and stock bar supplies, and assist with opening/closing duties. Requires strong attention to detail, basic math, good interpersonal skills, and willingness to obtain CA Food Handler’s Certification and RBS training.
