Barback

Barback to stock the bar, coolers, and storage areas; assist the bartender with side work, glass washing, bussing and restocking; responsibilities include stocking liquor, glassware, ice, and supplies; set up beverages and bar supplies, prep mixes, and support with keg changes, CO2 tanks, and soda dispensers; maintain cleanliness and sanitation; communicate effectively, multitask in a busy kitchen/restaurant environment; work a variety of hours including weekends; lift up to 50 pounds; be a team player and provide excellent guest service; adhere to safety and alcohol awareness training and restaurant policies.
