Barback

Barback at Le Flâneur: support the bar team by maintaining a clean, organized, fully stocked bar; restock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies; prepare garnishes, juices, syrups, and ingredients; assist with beverage inventory management; wash and restock glassware and bar equipment; maintain cleanliness of bar stations and storage areas; assist with deliveries and opening/closing duties; communicate with bartenders, servers, culinary team, and leadership; follow food safety/sanitation standards; anticipate needs and contribute to a positive team environment; ideal candidate is organized, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting with a passion for guest experiences.
