Job Summary
Stock beer, wine, spirits, mixers, glassware, ice, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the bar, storage, and service areas. Replenish ingredients, collect and wash glassware, remove trash, and prepare garnishes according to established standards. Monitor inventory levels, assist with receiving deliveries, and support opening, closing, and side work duties. Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and culinary teams to ensure smooth operations during high-volume service periods and rooftop events. Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations while working in outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a shift
- Ability to safely lift and move kegs, cases of beverages, ice, and other supplies
- Ability to work comfortably in an outdoor environment and varying weather conditions
- Professional presentation and grooming standards
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require
Desired Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, bar, hotel, club, or hospitality experience preferred
