Barback

Bar Back assists bar operations by stocking bottles, ice, and barware; cleans and restocks barware/glasses; removes dirty dishes and silverware; prepares bar for service by wiping and refilling condiments; fills condiment containers and supplies; performs opening and closing duties; uses cleaning chemicals safely. Provides high level customer service, communicates effectively with guests and team members, follows instructions, learns quickly, pays attention to detail, and maintains composure under pressure. Previous experience and TIPS certification are preferred. This role emphasizes physical effort and a supportive, team-oriented bar environment.
