Job Summary
Support the bar staff by preparing fresh juice, crushing ice, cutting fruit garnishes, and ensuring the area is fully stocked with beer, spirits, and clean glassware. Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive, functional manner while upholding high sanitization standards. Learn guest names and accurately describe New Holland products and menu items to facilitate direct consumer interaction. Perform other responsibilities as assigned, including preparing beer service tickets. Work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, standing for up to ten hours and lifting over 100 pounds. Some previous Front of House experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be able to work in a standing position for up to ten (10) hours at a time.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift one hundred plus (100+) pounds.
- Cicerone, Barsmarts and ServeSafe certified, or the ability complete certification within 90 days of employment.
Desired Qualifications
- Some previous Front of House restaurant experience preferred.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register.
