Job Summary
Stock, replenish, and clean bar equipment including glasses, cups, and serving units while maintaining personal sanitation standards. Wash serving equipment, polish counters and shelves, and manage trash pickup in bar service areas. Maintain adequate inventory of beverages, condiments, and ice under the guidance of the bartender. Complete other duties as assigned by management. This role supports the smooth operation of the bar at the new Highmark Stadium, opening for the 2026 NFL season.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to attain the required alcohol safety certifications prior to working events
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 160 lbs
- Exposure to loud noises (i.e., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold
