Barback, Hank's Oyster Bar on the Wharf

Barback supports bartenders by restocking bar products and preparing the bar area for new guests. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the bar per location guidelines, restocking products (including changing beer kegs), assisting bartenders with tasks, juicing fruit and preparing garnishes, handling opening/closing sidework, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The role requires teamwork with FOH and BOH, good communication, punctuality, and notifying the MOD of any guest concerns to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Additional duties include following Employee Handbook procedures and complying with workplace standards around harassment and discrimination.
