Job Summary
Barback at Groot Hospitality with full-time availability, based in Miami, FL. Responsibilities include assisting with bar operations, restocking liquor, beer and wine, replenishing mixers and garnishes, maintaining bar cleanliness, assisting with polishing and monthly inventory, and supporting the bar staff to ensure efficient service. Requires strong communication, teamwork, multitasking, attention to detail, and adherence to health department guidelines. Must work weekends and holidays; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay mobile for several hours. Prior restaurant experience and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude are essential.
