Job Summary
Prepare the bar by organizing pre-batch items, managing stock levels for spirits and garnishes, and ensuring a continuous supply of clean, polished glassware. Maintain cleanliness and safety across the bar, back bar, and storage areas, while monitoring the workspace for health hazards and adhering to all Food & Beverage regulations. Support the bar team to ensure smooth operations and uphold high standards of hygiene before and during service.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in a similar role or as a bartender within a cocktail bar
- Have excellent spirits & classic cocktails knowledge
- Attention to details
- Social, engaging and motivated
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
