Barback

Barback is responsible for providing friendly and excellent service to guests, keeping the bar area clean and stocked, maintaining par stock levels, preparing bar recipes, and ensuring a consistent flow of services. Key responsibilities include following cleaning procedures, receiving and stocking products, cutting fruit, collecting trash, organizing storage areas, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with Health Department standards. Must attend training and ensure customer satisfaction.
