Job Summary
Barback at Crooked Hammock Brewery supports the bartending team by stocking, prepping, and maintaining a clean, efficient bar area. Responsibilities include keeping the bar stocked with glassware, ice, liquor, and supplies; preparing fresh juices, mixes, and garnishes; changing kegs and retrieving products from walk-in coolers; washing/restocking glassware and bar tools; maintaining a clean bar area and fast cleanup; clearing tables and resetting spaces for guests; taking out trash and recycling; assisting bartenders with additional tasks to ensure seamless service; acting as a brand ambassador for CHB; and contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Flexibility of schedule to assume responsibilities as needed
- Must work nights and weekends
- Professional appearance, punctual, reliable
- Advanced written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
- Well organized
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, word processing, spreadsheet, internet, POS
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and maneuver 170 pounds, and climb stairs
