Job Summary
Barback supports the bartending team by stocking glassware, ice, liquor, beer, and supplies; prep fresh juices, mixes, and garnishes; change kegs and retrieve product from walk-in coolers; wash and restock glassware and bar tools; maintain a clean bar area and assist with clearing tables and resetting spaces for guests; take out trash; be a team player and assist bartenders; act as a brand ambassador for CHB and make decisions in the best interest of the team.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Flexibility of schedule to assume responsibilities as needed
- Must work nights and weekends
- Professional appearance, punctual, reliable
- Advanced communication skills (written, verbal, and non-verbal)
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, word processing, spreadsheet, internet, POS
