Job Summary
Stock and restock bar inventories and supplies; assist bartenders and cocktail servers in guest service; maintain bar cleanliness and setup; interact with guests, team members, and supervisors; follow opening/closing procedures; prepare garnishes; report breakage or damage; participate in daily pre-service meetings and training; uphold sanitation standards and professional demeanor in a fast-paced, high-volume Tao Group Hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Min 1-year previous barback experience or equivalent related Tao Group Hospitality experience
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge
- Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to push and lift up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance
