Barback

Bar Back position at Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order of bar outlets, assisting with setup/breakdown of functions, stocking and delivering products, rotating inventory, and ensuring beverages are prepared per approved recipes with proper garnishes. Works with guests to provide great guest relations and opportunities for loyalty, handles communications devices, and adheres to sanitation and safety standards. Requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, ability to work weekends/nights, and potential requirement to obtain a Kentucky gaming/racing license. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience preferred.
