Job Summary
Barback position at Muckleshoot Casino Resort focused on guest service and smooth bar operations. Responsibilities include stocking beer, wine, liquor, ice, mixers, and dry goods; assisting bartenders and serving staff; washing and stocking glassware and utensils; cleaning the bar area safely and sanitarily; mixing drinks as needed; maintaining a positive work environment; and reporting issues to appropriate personnel. Requires the ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license, WA Health Card/Food Handlers Permit, and Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit; prior bartending or bartending school experience preferred; must be 21+; familiarity with POS and BERG liquor dispensing system; strong communication skills and commitment to safety. This is a full-time, on-site role at Auburn, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
- Bartending school or relevant job experience preferred
- Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit
- Knowledge of Point of Sale System
- Knowledge of BERG liquor dispensing system
- Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations
- Fluent English (read, write, speak)
