Job Summary
Clean and prepare tables between guests, sweep, dust, and pick up trash to keep the restaurant maintained. Support bar staff by keeping liquor stocked and inventory organized, while assisting servers with daily tasks and promptly cleaning up messes and spills. Work well under pressure as a multi-tasker in this physically demanding role requiring extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Manage minor travel outside the property and surrounding areas as needed.
