Job Summary
Assist bartender as Barback with duties including cleaning and organizing the bar, cleaning bar tools and glasses to high standards, stocking beer, liquor, and garnishes, keeping the bar well stocked, maintaining a log of bottles, changing kegs, handling service tickets during peak hours, pouring/serving alcoholic beverages, food running, delivering food and utensils, bussing dishes, and assisting the bartender as needed. Requires Basset Certification and Food Handler's Certification; must be detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of lifting heavy objects; must be 21+. Located at Haus Pub and Family Restaurant in the Central Historic Districts of Richmond and Woodstock, IL.
