Job Summary
Assist and oversee all food and beverage requirements for bars while supporting various retail stands throughout the facility. Order, receive, and inventory accountable items, ensuring adequate storage and fresh product delivery guided by the Bar Manager. Maintain proper grooming and sanitation, work with Suite Staff, Kitchen Personal, and Stewarding, and establish positive client relationships. Comply with service standards and support event schedules based on business demands. Requires TABC certification, cash handling skills, and ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be TABC certified
- Requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours
- Must have basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures
- Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money
- Must have basic working knowledge of bar operation
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist
Desired Qualifications
