Barback - Big E's Sports Grill Midland

Barback assists the bartender with prep-work, stocking, running, and cleaning, while ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting guests, inspecting the bar, stocking glasses, liquors, beers, and wines, refilling garnishes and mixers, washing glasses, assisting the bartender with tasks, restocking at night, changing bar sanitizer every two hours, aiding with closing procedures, and deep cleaning/bar equipment maintenance. Requires ability to interpret information and perform arithmetic; good communication skills. Formal education is not required. Position may be used as an internship; wage is $13.73/hour.
