Barback

Wipe down surfaces, sweep and mop, remove dirty glassware, scrub coolers, and empty trash bins to keep the bar clean. Restock the bar with all basic supplies including napkins, straws, glassware, garnishes, and necessities. Assist with setting up and replenishing bar snacks, napkins, toothpicks, and other counter items. Ensure the bar is well stocked with ice, liquor, and wine. Assist with correct storage, handling, and inventory of all stock and equipment. Prepare tables for set up and closing by setting and resetting linens, silverware, glasses, condiments, and cushions throughout service. Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation, reporting any problems. Ensure adherence to service and clearance procedures. Complete all daily duties as set out in departmental requirements. Ensure dining, bar, waitron stations, and back of house preparation areas are always clean. Assist with setting up for special functions and events. Assist with rooming guests and luggage duties as required.
