Barback role at Yasemi, an upscale Modern Mediterranean restaurant in the Godfrey Hotel, River North, Chicago. Responsibilities include maintaining bar cleanliness and glassware, assisting with small bar prep (garnishes, juicing, ice, restocking), assisting with drink orders (wine, beer, soft drinks, juices), bussing tables and clearing plates, communicating guest needs to servers and bartenders, maintaining table cleanliness, pouring waters, and maintaining a calm, friendly attitude. Must be physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly. ServSafe and Allergens Certificate required.
