Job Summary
Greet, serve food, and pour drinks while ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and memorable experience. Prepare beverages to specification, offer drink recommendations, and maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment by addressing issues quickly. Assist with customer service throughout the dining period and ensure all interactions reflect our high-quality standards. This role requires availability for major bank holidays, weekends, and the festive season, including Christmas and New Year.
