Job Summary
Conduct bar service, wait tables, and manage hospitality at music and stadium events across Bristol and the South West. Use the TWG Staff app to book shifts, manage your profile, and attend an online induction. Maintain punctuality for scheduled shifts and demonstrate strong customer service skills while working with peers. Weekly pay includes achievable bonuses and incentives. No prior hospitality experience is essential, though a positive attitude and smartphone ownership are required.
Required Qualifications
- Own a smartphone (to use our app)
- Have good customer service skills
- Have a 'can do' positive attitude
- Are punctual and committed for the shifts booked
- Are good communicators
- You must be able to make your own way to the venue
- You must be 18+ to work at these events
