Bar Waiter/ess

Provide a smooth and efficient bar and wine service within an allocated area, serving passengers and crew while adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol policies. Generate bar cash profit by promoting campaigns and exceeding targets, while correctly entering passenger billing into the system. Control bar budget costs through efficient product usage and maintain high standards for all equipment, glasses, and cleaning materials. Follow working routines and rotas, keeping the outlet neat and tidy, and set up or clear the area before and after service periods. Use and maintain bar equipment correctly, reporting repairs promptly. Carry out duties at outside catering events as required and assist with baggage services during embarkation and disembarkation.
