Job Summary
Bar Utility Porter at Flamingo LV supporting Caesars Entertainment, responsible for maintaining the appearance of hotel beverage outlets, corridors, foyers and storerooms, removing trash, stocking supplies, performing inventories, and delivering items to bars. The role requires English proficiency, strong customer service, a neat professional appearance, ability to lift heavy items (up to 110-120 pounds), push/pull heavy loads (50-100 lbs) and work flexible shifts in a fast-paced casino environment. Health card and 21+ age are mandatory, with safety and attendance expectations and potential background/drug checks as part of the employment process.
Required Qualifications
- Prior beverage experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a Health card
- Must understand, speak, read and write English
- Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must present a well groomed appearance
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job
- Must be able to push/pull 50 - 100 lbs
- Must be able to lift 110 - 120 pounds and push/pull 300 - 400 pounds on wheels
- Must be able to load ice, load beer, and glassware to stock at all bars
- Must be able to scrub, mop and power wash mats and floors behind bars
